A wintry, monochrome view of the Docklands troubled Melbourne Star Observation Wheel. So much for the Melbourne summer that we would expect in December!

Sometimes all the people and noise get too much. Then you just tend to have a cuddle, oh, and catch-up on social media! Not sure that Darth Vader looking over your shoulder would be too relaxing though.

The 2013 daycare Christmas party was at the Mooroolbark Miniature Railway, with free rides for all. Susan and Zoe are queuing up waiting for their turn on the train.

The track winds around the side of the Big Rock Paddock in the Track Paddock. The track was carved out of the hill side with a few patches scraping over solid rock. At the paddock end it comes through a tunnel of wattle saplings.
