Yarra Valley Panorama
More of the view from the wedding hot air balloon over the Yarra Valley.
Misty Trees
We had a lovely clear and still morning, with just a few wisps of mist around.
Is Everyone Listening Carefully?
Let’s begin then. Just before sunrise, at around 2,000 feet over the Yarra Valley the Wedding Ceremony begins. With some co-ordination between the pilot and the celebrant everyone could hear what was happening.
Groom’s Ring
Matthew gets a “Finger Cuff”.
Bride’s Ring
Susan gets her Ring.
You May Now Kiss The Bride
At last, you get up at five o’clock in the morning and you have to jump through this many hoops for a kiss. It was worth it though!
Sunrise
What a beautiful day – we really couldn’t have ordered better weather.
Yarra Valley at 2,000 feet
Thanks Antijen, the panorama looks as good as we remember it
Are We Up That High Already?
Yes we are! The Domaine Chandon and Jacobs Creek balloons are bumping each other but they are still on the ground. We were the first of the Global balloons up – there are more than a few benefits to being in a wedding party.
Are You Ready?
We are still tethered to the Toyota Kluger but everyone is loaded up and ready to go.
The Bride and Groom are over the back. Surely there has to be at least one photo taken on the day without them in it!
Money
My soon-to-be Brother-In-Law insisted on this photo – the Groom with money before the wedding. He wanted me to be able to remember the good old days.
