It’s nice to start a day seeing hot air balloons. Leaving the Lilydale Memorial Park and driving through a fog-draped Yarra Valley the morning seemed to to get even better. The clear sky promised of a beautiful autumn day once the fog burnt off.

Lilydale Hot Air Balloons
On an early morning expedition today we had a surprise. As we came past the Lilydale Cemetery and Memorial Park we saw three hot air balloons being prepared for take-off in the fog.
What a fantastic start to any day! The sight of balloons always brings a smile to my face – even if I see them on the way to work.
