An update on the Rowville Chimpanzee, a little further up the Stud Road by Emmeline Row.
A lunchtime walk in a rare sunny day found this lovely burst of colour, a roadside bougainvillea.
The bees were really enjoying the riot of flowers provided by the red flowering gum (Corymbia ficifolia).
The Rowville Champanzee has had a make-over for 2023. The addition of red-eyes really make it stand-out.
I spotted this feral passion fruit vine on a lunchtime walk. By the look of it there is going to be a good crop.
I’m not sure that this is what Coles had in mind, but the ice cream was definitely dropped! And I promise that this is just the way I found it.
Another unexpected bonus from a lunchtime walk in Rowville – Pleroma, glory bush or purple glory tree.
