Miniature Highland Cow

After spending a couple of weeks in Scotland and failing to get a good photo of a “Hairy Coo”, it was good to get up close to this very photogenic mini version at the Shepparton Agricultural Show one year later. I’m not sure that the lady in charge of these lovely cows believed me when I  said that corgis are cattle dogs though!

How Now Brown Cow

Brown Cow

A flash back to September 2006 and the farm, a brown cow in back end of the Front of the Long Cultivation. Mt Wombat in the distance and the house roof providing the light coloured strip on the mid-left edge.

In just over 10 years things have changed a lot: Mrs CannibalRabbit’s parent’s moved to the farm into a new house; Houses, Marriage and Children for both of their children; we stopped “farming” every weekend; and we started showing Pembroke Welsh Corgis most weekends.

What does the next ten years hold?
